Privacy and cookie choices
This policy explains how OC Medic LLC handles information for OCMedic.com, the OCMedic iOS app, and company-level product inquiries. BoxVitals has its own privacy policy at BoxVitals.com.
OC Medic may collect identifiers such as your name, email address, organization, and message contents when you contact us. Our websites may also collect device, browser, usage, and approximate location information through essential browser storage, server logs, and optional analytics if enabled.
We use this information to respond to requests, provide product support, maintain site security, understand product interest, and improve OC Medic products.
Essential storage supports privacy choices, security, and site functionality. Optional analytics or marketing tools, if added, should only run after consent unless a separate legal basis applies.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, OC Medic treats that as an opt-out preference signal and keeps optional sale, sharing, and targeted advertising uses off.
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive information about personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

OC Medic does not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising technologies can be considered sharing under California privacy law. Use the Do Not Sell or Share control to opt out of those uses.
Do not send protected health information or real patient information through OCMedic.com contact links. OC Medic websites are for company, product, education, and support communications, not patient care.
If a future product requires sensitive information, that product should provide a separate notice and controls for that workflow.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for support, product operations, security, legal, and business purposes. We may use service providers for hosting, email, analytics, payments, support, and app distribution.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through OCMedic.com.
